 City Brew Coffee has developed a unique and contemporary architectural theme for our store locations. The design provides instant brand recognition while allowing customers to quickly identify our facilities. Our 8' x 12' double drive-through kiosks continue a consistent architectural theme across each market. The fabrication process starts with the Finn-Power Night Train FMS. The only one of its kind in the United States. This equipment assures consistent, reliable, quality fabrication and a final product second to none. Fabrication schedules are critical and when large quantities need to be delivered, City Brew is ready to make the commitment.
Built to withstand decades of wear, each kiosk is produced using a galvanized and powder coated steel structure made exclusively for our firm. The manufacturing process allows for large volumes and a minimal ramp up period. Kiosks are wired with heavy-duty 125-amp service, allowing each of the electrical devices in the building to operate simultaneously without overloading the circuitry. A 15,000 BTU Carrier air conditioner/heater provides a high capacity unit assuring a comfortable working environment regardless of the climate. Medintech Armstrong flooring provides a non-slip, non-static and non-porous durable floor covering. Installed with one heat welded seam, it provides a total liquid spill containment system exceeding many Health Department requirements.  Each kiosk is complete with high quality water filtration systems to ensure the finest tasting coffee and espresso, as well as protect the espresso equipment. Our self-contained water system (65 gal. gray/53 gal. potable) exceeds Health Department requirements for high volume locations. Both tanks are located under the cabinets to prevent freezing in frigid weather. Having designed over 500 Starbucks locations, our interior designer has incorporated NSF certified stainless steel countertops.
With approximately 20% of the profit coming from blended drinks, it makes good sense to use the highest quality blender available. The 3 horsepower Vitamix Model 36000 fits the bill. The BUNN Ultra-2 provides a delicious pre-mixed, high profit drink with a very fast serving time. LaMarzocco and Schaerer espresso machines support the heart of the business. A high volume brewer with air pots is provided to ensure fast, efficient delivery of product to your customers. City Brew Coffee provides proactive site selection, lease acquisition and permitting assistance. 
Our intensive 4 day, 40 hour classroom and practical application training program will take you through the roasting to cupping process. (Required for Level One Certification) We'll even train you on mixing and making our delicious products and take you through the financial aspects of a profitable operation - from daily deposits to cost analysis.
